Great work! I've been using Certified for almost a year now on several of our properties. Tony located the cause of some severe water damage in one of our brand new homes on top of Muhulland Dr. when five or six other contractors and inspectors could not, and he repaired the damages within one week! Our tenant was happy and we are too. I'm in Nebraska and trust Tony with our properties, he gives us fair prices and very good work!

This company's price was worth it. Mr. Perez arrived on a Saturday to inspect our home. He performed the infrared and moisture testing; he inspected our home thoroughly and provided incredible information about our home. We are currently in a lawsuit because the house shouldn't have been sold like it was, but Mr. Perez is fixing all the wrongs. He will continue coming out until we get our problems taken care of. His report was so thorough and detailed that even our attorney was impressed. I highly recommend this company. I was so impressed by him that if I ever bought a house anywhere in California, I would fly him in to use him again.
